Remodeling one of the bathrooms (the other one will get done later). Demolition filled a large dumpster pretty much all the way. Lesson learned: cordon off the area beforehand with plastic to reduce the amount of dust all over the house. We had an old carpet that I cut up to protect the hardwood floor, that worked out nicely (but it sure is dusty).
Having the plumbing and electrical brought up to current code in the basement, and getting the electrical service upped from 100 amp to 200. Might as well do it right if you have to have the inspectors out anyways.
